La mayoria de las aves machos utilizan sus mejores atributos para poder aparearse, si no lo hacen llega otro y se roba a la hembra y mas si están en lugares abiertos donde la competencia es fuerte.
La hembra debe ser impresionada por el macho y en esta ocasión el pavo debe abrir sus alas y rodearla por un buen rato hasta que ella se decida, que agradable es observarlos.
