Hola, linda y bonita comunidad. Tenía un buen rato sin pasar por acá. Pero hoy que regreso quiero contarles de un nuevo inqulino que llegó a la casa.

Hace un mes atrás. Para horas de la noche, mi hermanita había salido al frente de la casa para estudiar un rato. En eso, me comienzan a llegar mensajes de ella y resulta que me enviaba videos de cómo un gato estaba en la ventana de nuestra casa y maullando desesperadamente en la puerta. Pero, esta gatita que ven acá, es la gatita que vive con nosotros, y es realmente muy territorial

Hello, lovely community. It's been a while since I've been here. But today I'm back and I want to tell you about a new tenant who has arrived at our house.

A month ago, late at night, my little sister had gone out front to study for a while. Then I started getting messages from her, and it turns out she was sending me videos of a cat at our window, meowing desperately at the door. But this kitten you see here is the kitten that lives with us, and she's really very territorial.

Así que ella solo quería salir para pelear con el gato (lo cual no dejamos). Al día siguiente, cuando me estoy alistando para ir a la universidad, me doy cuenta que en la ventana hay un gato. Y justo cuando abro la cortina me encontré con esto jasjaja.

So she just wanted to go out to fight with the cat (which we didn't let her do). The next day, as I was getting ready to go to college, I noticed a cat at the window. And just as I opened the curtain, I found this, hahaha.

Se veía bastante chistoso. Pero, me preocupaba porque en ese momento me dí cuenta que el gato tenía una herida en su cuello, un ojito muy hinchado y estaba como desesperado. Además, me dio algo de miedo porque no sabía bajarse de la ventana. Intento tirarse como loco sin ningún cuidado. Me dio mucha lástima, pero yo debía ir a la universidad.

Cuando regresé a la casa, encontré al gatito acostado de esta manera en el frente de mi casa. Y se imaginaran todo lo que pude pensar cuando lo ví así y que ni siquiera se moviera porque yo estuviera pasando.

It looked pretty funny. But I was worried because at that moment I realized that the cat had a wound on its neck, a very swollen eye, and seemed desperate. It also scared me a little because it didn't know how to get down from the window. It tried to jump down like crazy without any care. I felt very sorry for it, but I had to go to college.

When I returned home, I found the kitten lying like this in front of my house. You can imagine everything I thought when I saw him like that, not even moving because I was passing by.

Pero todo bien. La criatura solo me dio otro susto. Ya cuando entré a la casa, el minino también quiso entrar a la casa, pero mi mamá lo regaño, porque adentro ya estaba la gatita y no queríamos que se pusieran a pelear.

But it's all right. The creature just gave me another scare. When I went into the house, the tomcat wanted to come in too, but my mom scolded him because the female cat was already inside and we didn't want them to start fighting.

En ese mismo momento, decidí curar su herida del cuello aunque después pareciera que me odiara por eso y me quedé un rato afuera para hacerle compañía.

En eso, pude notar lo grande que tenía un ojo y que parecía haberse dado un mal golpe en su carita.

Pasaron lo días, lo empezamos a alimentar, comencé a curarle todos los días su herida y hacerle un mini seguimiento de su estado. Porque hacía todo, hasta comer, de manera desesperada. Además, estaba demasiado tonto y debía aprender todavía a montarse en lugares. Lo que me parecía extraño porque para su tamaño, ese minino ya tuvo que haber aprendido eso, pero bueno.

The days passed, we started feeding him, I began treating his wound every day and keeping a close eye on his condition. Because he did everything, even eating, desperately. Besides, he was too clumsy and still had to learn how to climb up places. Which I found strange because for his size, that little cat should have already learned that, but oh well.

Comenzó a agarrar más confianza conmigo y comenzó a acostarse sobre mi andomen y piernas. Yo no quería encariñarme en caso de que en algún momento se fuera o le apareciera algún dueño.

He began to trust me more and started lying down on my lap and legs. I didn't want to get attached in case he left at some point or an owner appeared.

Sin embargo, días después, cuando regreso de la universidad, lo encuentro muy cómodo durmiendo en la ventana de la casa jslajasj.

Ahora sigue quedandose en mi casa, aunque tengo la gran sospecha de que se va a otra cosa a buscar alimentos también. Y es que no se puede quedar dentro de la casa, porque la gatita que tenemos no se lleva bien con él, a pesar de que es un gatito sumamente tranquilo.

Y como ahora ya lleva un mes en mi casa. Decidí ponerle un nombre. Mi papá lo llamó: Sinforoso y así lo estaban llamando todos, pero, yo no estaba de acuerdo con eso. Después de casi una semana en pensar su nombre. Terminé poniendole Alistor. Porque este gatito, su ojito hinchado ya no lo tiene hinchado, pero, es un ojito naturalemente mucho mas grande que el otro y le cuesta cerrarlo para dormir. Y como recordé que en Harry Potter hay un personaje que le dicen Ojo Loco, y que se llama Alastor, pues, terminé poniendole Alistor, porque no recordaba que el nombre del personaje era con una A y no una I jaksjaja

After thinking about his name for almost a week, I ended up naming him Alistor. Because this kitten's swollen eye is no longer swollen, but it's naturally much bigger than the other one and he has trouble closing it to sleep. And since I remembered that in Harry Potter there is a character called Mad-Eye, whose name is Alastor, I ended up naming him Alistor, because I didn't remember that the character's name was spelled with an A and not an I, hahaha.
