Hello friends and everyone in the hive pet community. Today’s post is dedicated to my dog named Cesar.
Cesar is my guard dog. He lets me know when someone steps onto my property. He is a Boerboel and three years old.
My Boerboel is very submissive to me as his owner, but he is aggressive towards strangers who come to my place. I keep him in a cage to ensure he doesn’t pose a threat to visitors, though people still get scared when he barks.
He barks when anyone enters my compound who is not family.
He eats a lot. He can consume three cans of food in a week, so I feed him rice to save some money.
What I like about Cesar is that he is always alert and stays awake throughout the night. He can be calm in his cage but still hears footsteps from the gate, which is a bit far away, and then jumps up to bark.
He has a unique way of spotting people even in the dark. For this reason, I make sure to surprise him with his favorite milk every morning to keep him happy and healthy.
