New day — new story. Life of zoorights activist

This story started a week ago.... On Sunday night, a stranger texted me and sent me a video of tiny kittens. This is my friend's friend. It turns out that a homeless cat gave birth to them in an abandoned warehouse and now brought them to people.
I didn't want to help this man... I have a lot of animals and debts. But one kitten had very sick eyes. I hoped that we would save him.

Ця історія розпочалася тиждень тому.... В неділю ввечері мені написав незнайомець, який прислав відео з крихітними кошенятами. Виявляється бездомна кішка народила їх на закинутому складі і тепер вивела до людей. Там у частині приміщень діє рептиційна база для музикантів, де працює той хлопець.
Я не хотіла йому допомагати... На мені багато тварин і боргів. Але одне кошеня мало сильно хворі очі... Я сподівалася що ми його врятуємо.

The next day I was already there. To be honest, I felt like I was playing in some kind of movie, because I have never seen such scary rooms in my life. The mother cat hid the kittens somewhere among this garbage and walked outside... There were many large and small rooms and little light.
That day, we found only a sick kitten. Unfortunately, another one died after falling into a deep pool. I was very sad because of this... Because on the video it was quite healthy and alive:(( If only we had come a little faster!

На наступний день я вже була там. Якщо чесно відчувала, ніби граю у якомусь фільмі, адже таких страшних приміщень я ще в житті не бачила. Мама кішка десь заховала кошенят серед цього хламу і гуляла на вулиці... Там було багато великих та малих кімнат і мало світла...
У той день мій новий знайомий знайшов лише хворе кошеня. Ще одне на жаль загинуло, упавши в глибокий басейн. Я дуже через це сумувала... Бо на відео воно було цілком здорове:((( Якби ми прийшли трохи швидше!

We could not find the other two babies... We took the sick kitten to the clinic. And here is another blow for me. The doctor said that the herpes virus had completely destroyed the eyes. The kitten will never see. With a heavy heart, I went home, leaving the patient in the clinic for several days.
The other two kittens couldn't get out of my head. Are they healthy? Or maybe they also fell into a hole and died. How to find two babies in rooms with an area of ​​more than 300 square meters?

Інших двох малюків ми не змогли знайти... Повезли хворого у клініку. І тут ще один удар для мене. Лікар сказав, що герпесвірус повністю знищив очі. Кошеня ніколи не буде бачити. З важким серцем я поїхала додому, лишивши хворого у клініці на кілька днів.
З моєї голови не вилазили двоє інших кошенят. Чи вони здорові? А може теж впали у якусь диру і загинули. Як знайти двох малюків у приміщеннях площею понад 300 м кв?

But a miracle happened and the next day my new acquitence found two other kittens! They were perfectly healthy, just a little wild!!! And now my sadness was replaced by joy and hope. I put them in a cardboard box, from which they climbed out twice... I had to look for a cage. And so I brought it from the other end of the city from a volunteer I know. This is a very heavy but large cage. It is designed for dogs

Та сталося чудо і на наступний день хлопець знайшов двох інших! Мало того, вони були цілком здорові, лише трохи дикі!!! І ось смуток змінився радістю та надією. Поселила їх у ванній в картонній коробці, з якої вони двічі вилазили... Довелося шукати клітку. І ось я привезла її з іншого кінця міста від знайомої волонтерки. Це дуууууже важка клітка. Але простора. І я знов злякалася що малі будуть запихати голови між ґрати. Адже це клітка більш розрахована на собак.

The kittens liked their new home. They have a hiding place in a basket, a couch, a toilet, some toys.' I was really afraid if the kittens, who are only a month old, would be able to eat. Everything is fine. They eat a special pate for the youngest almost at the same level as adults. And they know how to go to the toilet in a specially designated place.
At night, babies like to run and play. And they begin to dream of getting out of the cage. Many people saw these cats on Facebook and wanted to adopt them. For now, I want to wait a little longer. You have to be careful here...

Та кошенятам сподобався новий дім. У них є там схованка зроблена з корзини, туалет, кілька іграшок, лежанка. Найбільшим страхом було, чи вмітимуть їсти кошенята, яким лише місяць. Все чудово. Вони їдять майже на рівні з дорослими спеціальний паштет для наймолодших. І вміють ходити в туалет у спеціально відведене місце.
Вночі малюки полюбляють бігати і гратися. І починають мріяти про те, щоб вилізти за межі клітки. Багато людей побачили цих котиків у фб і захотіли їх усиновити. Поки що я хочу ще трішки зачекати. Тут потрібно бути розважливим...

I have to pick up a blind kitten from the clinic soon. There won't be anyone interested in it... But miracles do happen! For now, it will live in my apartment. As much as needed. I think this story will teach me patience and endurance.
