What Can You See Dude?

My dog, Dude, always tries to see and sniff something. He likes to stand outside on the edge of the deck, then sniffs the air for a while.

I can feel that he sniffs the air and also sees the colors through the air. He also tastes the air, which means he tastes the colors as well.

I love to check on him when he stands outside. He looks very cool in the early morning and late night. Sometimes, he looks very cool under the moonlight, shooting stars, or the dark night with a coyote's voice. Additionally, during thunderstorms, sun showers, foggy air, sunset, sunshine with cicada's voice, and more.

I appreciate him because I am able to notice many interesting nature events that have a brief moment, which is always a miracle and a pleasure. He invites me to many cool nature worlds. If I didn't have him, I would just stay inside my house and I wouldn't notice beautiful moments.

ドュード、何が見えるの？

犬のドュードはいつも何かを見て、においを嗅いでいます。外のデッキのフチに立ち、しばらくの間空気のにおいを嗅いでいます。

ドュードは空気のにおいを嗅ぎながら、空気の色を見ているようです。空気の味を確かめ、色の味も感じているようです。

私はドュードがこうして外に立っているのを眺めるのが好きです。早朝や深夜のドュードは、とても勇ましく見えます。時には月の光の下で、流れ星の下で、真っ暗闇の中聞こえてくるコヨーテの声を聞きながら。さらに、雷雨の時、天気雨の時、霧の中、夕焼け空、蝉の声が聞こえてくる太陽の光の下などなど…。

ドュードと一緒にいれば、そうした神秘的な自然の刹那のすばらしさを見せてもらえます。ドュードがステキな自然の世界に私を招いてくれるのです。もしドュードがいなければ、ただ家の中にいて、そんなきれいな出来事には気づかずに過ごしてしまうことでしょう。
