Since I was a child I have had several pets at home. I had several cats over the years and two parakeets. However, my dream was always that, if I ever had a dog, it had to be a Siberian Husky.
Today my dream came true.
There is a beautiful story behind this. It began a few months ago when I felt the need to have a cat. Since I moved to my current house, I have always had cats, but since I lost my cat, the house felt empty. I shared this feeling with my husband and he, without me imagining anything, began searching on Facebook for someone who had a cat to give me as an anniversary gift.
On one of those days, an ad appeared from a girl giving Tyson up for adoption. The ad was only 8 minutes old and there were already 3 people responding. He told me the news and asked if I wanted him.
It was love at first sight. I immediately said yes and he called. He spoke to the girl and something he said convinced her that we were the best home for Tyson. That was the day before yesterday and today, Tyson is part of our family.
I didn't say anything to my children, to surprise them and that's how it was. They couldn't believe it. The smile of happiness on both of their faces was only comparable to mine.

I still can't believe I fulfilled this dream. Tyson is a beautiful puppy, 11 months old, playful and very strong. As strong as this great feeling I have inside.
I am very happy to be able to give him a home, lots of love and a family.

Este sentimiento lo compartí con mi esposo y él, sin que me imaginara nada, comenzó a buscar en Facebook quién tuviera algún gatico para dármelo como regalo de aniversario.
En uno de esos días apareció un anuncio de una muchacha dando en adopción a Tyson. El aviso era de solo 8 minutos de realizado y ya había 3 personas respondiendo. Él me dio la noticia y me preguntó si lo quería.
Fue amor a primera vista. Enseguida dije que sí y él llamó. Habló con la muchacha y algo le dijo que la convenció en que nosotros éramos el mejor hogar para Tyson. Eso fue antier y ya hoy, Tyson es parte de nuestra familia.
No le dije nada a mis niños, para darles la sorpresa y así mismo fue. No lo podían creer. La sonrisa de felicidad de ambos solo era comparable con la mía.

Aún no puedo creer haber cumplido este sueño. Tyson es un hermoso cachorro, de 11 meses de edad, juguetón y muy fuerte. Tan fuerte como este sentimiento tan grande que tengo por dentro.
Soy muy feliz de poder darle un hogar, mucho amor y una familia.
