I have recently looked after my friend's dog for two weeks when she was on holiday. I've known the dog since he was a puppy. He is nine years old now. I committed to looking after him 100%. He even slept in my bed. Does your dog even have somewhere comfy to sleep? I wouldn't leave any pet with someone I don't trust. If people don't have the lifestyle and time to look after a pet then people shouldn't have one. Your dog looks sad. It's shelter looks dirty. Dogs need exercise, food, clean water, comfy shelter and to keep their minds stimulated.

I think where I went wrong was in trust. I believed they would take care of her as I do, but it’s really disheartening to come back and find she wasn’t properly cared for. My vet will be coming tomorrow, and she’ll be admitted for proper treatment. Thank you for your honest response and for sharing the link.
That's good to know the vet is looking at her. It takes a lot to look after a dog. Unfortunately, not everyone is up to it. Choose wisely. Good luck.
Thank you friend.
