A Day Going Out to Exercise With My Dog

Hello everyone, Merry Christmas!
How are you today, I guess you are busy preparing for Christmas with your family and loved ones, right? In Vietnam, although Christmas is not an official holiday for us, the Christmas atmosphere is everywhere. For me, I consider Christmas a day off for myself. And fortunately on the occasion of a beautiful day, me and my dog, Ba Du, went out to exercise after many gloomy days.

Usually in winter, the weather in my place is quite cloudy. Fortunately, the weather is very nice today. So I decided to go out with my dog. You know, we rarely go out in the winter. It was cold so we ate and slept more, and both me and my dog ​​became fat. Sunny days like these are precious occasions for us to go outside to burn calories and fat.

I chose a large field at the foot of Hai Van Pass because it is far from residential areas, has wide lawns and many trees. It was a perfect place for both of us. Ba Du can run comfortably without worrying about the traffic around, while I can enjoy the fresh air of the surrounding nature. There was only one small problem that the field became muddy after the rains, in the summer it was very dry. But that's okay, Ba Du looks happier running through the muddy field.

It's been a long time since I've had such a tiring workout. Ba Du was so excited that he ran all over the large field. Running after him makes me breathless. Sometimes I just walked because I couldn't run anymore. Ba Du only stopped when he was completely tired. Haha, he couldn't even go home. We had to stay on the lawn to rest and drink some water for a while before we could go home because the way back was quite long. Me and Ba Du had a great day burning calories and fat. How about you?
