It's great to actually love someone, and have the feeling reciprocated. Animals are very unlike humans in every way, they're not shy to show you how much they love you. It's actually great to have a pet and I see you have developed a good feeling for yours..
I don't have a pet, I hope to get one soon...I'm scared of dogs, hehe so I'll probably settle for a cat..
I hope you manage to get a cat, I think it's a really humbling experience to receive a cats affection ad I believe loving a pet makes us a better human.
