Helloooo since it's still the start of the year, i thought I'd give a little pet update (and also a little break from drawing ^^ )
It's been 2 months since I last wrote about Caitlyn and she is now almoat 3 months old. I'm planning to take her to the vet by mid-January so she can take her shots and get dewormed so that's gonna cost me a bit on vet bills 😅 but it's for the love of cat so I don't mind.
So so far, she may be the clingiest cat I have ever known. But this is my first pet cat 🤣🤣 she likes to sleep with me and on me. IDK she's just happy having her paw held or just to be touching me when she sleeps and it really shows. She actually falls asleep faster when she sleeps with me, as you can see from all our sleepy shots 🤣🤣
These days, I'm trying to get her used to clothing but the only problem I have now is that... cat clothes are still a little too big on her. Maybe in a few more months, she'll be able to wear clotyes without a problem 🤣
Look at her smiling ☺️ She loves being called pretty too and so far, she loves chicken so much that she refuses to finish her fish flavoured foods 😤 so spoiled this one is.
aside from all the stuff I've discovered about this cat, there's one more thing. and she is curious af but she also has the need to hug stuffies? i think it's copied behaviour because she sees all of us sleep with stuffies. So far her favourite is my space bear and the small bear one we got her. It's so cute to watch her ask for her stuffies when she sleeps, you know 🤣🤣
And as a very vocal cat, she knows how to ask for uppies and food too now. and she also asks for kisses a lot 🤣🤣 she literally just melts with kisses and I love it soooo much!!!
Well, that's me spamming about my cat 🤣🤣 I hope the silly baby brightened your moods because she certainly is brightening my mood for the day 💕
She'll be clingy for a while and once she's reaching almost a year, she'll behave like a teenager 😄. Sometimes, they can be a bit rebellious and once they are older they can get quite distant too and needing a lot of alone time. Enjoy cuddling with her as she's only 3 months old 😊
is this the sad reality I'll have? omg it's like raising an actual human but the phases go by so much faster 😭😭😭 i don't think I'm ready to have a rebellious teenager yet
