Una mascota para ella: Parte III
Entre una y otra travesura que realizaba ella veía cumplirse cada una de sus expectativas, mientras que otras situaciones la tomaban por sorpresa, algunas semanas se levantaba a llorar de noche y ella se levantaba a ver qué sucedía.
Between one mischief and another she saw every one of her expectations fulfilled, while other situations took her by surprise, some weeks he would wake up crying at night and she would get up to see what was happening.
Como era muy pequeña, tenía que comer más veces pero con el tiempo, fue madurando y comía una comida tarde y bien temprano otra. Para su dueña esta fue una experiencia extraordinaria, única y nueva. Era muy delicada y en dos ocasiones se lastimo sus patitas pero luego de algunos días de preocupación se recuperaba.
As she was very small, she had to eat more often, but as time went by, she matured and ate one meal late in the afternoon and another one early in the morning. For her owner this was an extraordinary, unique and new experience. She was very delicate and on two occasions she hurt her paws, but after a few days of worry she recovered.
También dieron algunos paseos, en donde ella permanecía en el bolso, unas pocas visitas al veterinario y otras a afeitarse. Era toda una aventura cuidarla, pasar tiempo con ella y cada circunstancia nueva hacía que su dueña aprendiera mucho más.
They also took some walks, where she stayed in the bag, a few visits to the vet and others to shave. It was quite an adventure to take care of her, spending time with her and each new circumstance made her owner learn much more.
Cada vez que abrían la puerta, ella salía corriendo a toda velocidad por los pasillos hasta la casa de la vecina y como era tan pequeña entraba por la reja, eso lo hizo por meses. En una ocasión, recuerda como ella se enfermo y no quería caminar ni comer; entre lágrimas ella de quedó a su lado pidiéndole a Dios que pronto se pudiera recuperar.
Every time they opened the door, she would run full speed down the halls to the neighbor's house and because she was so small she would go through the gate, she did that for months. On one occasion, he remembers how she got sick and did not want to walk or eat; in tears she stayed by his side praying to God that she would soon recover.
Afortunadamente fue así, los meses pasaron y con las circunstancias su dueña aprendió a darle un poquito más de libertad de estar sola, ya que siempre estaba ansiosa por volver a casa y encontrarla. Pero comprendió que no siempre debido a las responsabilidades podría pasar tanto tiempo con ella como quisiera.
Fortunately, the months passed and with the circumstances her owner learned to give her a little more freedom to be alone, as she was always anxious to come home and find her. But she understood that due to responsibilities she could not always spend as much time with her as she wanted to.
Reina su mascota se convirtió en un ser independiente, una alarma y llegó a ser muy traviesa. Hoy por hoy es uno de los seres más apreciados por su dueña, finalmente consiguió tener una mascota para ella.
Reina's pet became independent, an alarm and became very mischievous. Today she is one of the most appreciated beings by her owner, she finally got to have a pet for her.
