In our Life Sorrows and Happiness run parallel. There is nothing permanent in this world, everything is temporary. Today I was busy in making Gossips with my mother. Suddenly, I received Sad News about the Ectopian Pregnancy Report of my my cousin's sister. They were worried when one Nurse guided them about the worst fate of baby and warned them about the health risks for mother. Hence, I decided to discuss this lethal condition with our home Physician. What we debated for more than two hours, I want to mention its important aspect.

All Pregnancy News Are Not Good News:

The word Pregnancy looked cool for all parents but small addition of Ectopian to the Pregnancy engulfs all the pleasure of pregnancy. Ectopian Pregnancy is the situation when baby is conceived in Folopian Tube Instead of Uterus. As the size of fetus increases, the Folopian Tube becomes more thin. Finally it can result into the rapture of Folopian Tube that will lessen the chances of next pregnancy as well as big health hazards for the mother. This is truely deadly condition for mothers.

Diagnosis

To detect Ectopian Pregnancy is Doctor's Art. We can diagnose it through following methods.

• Mostly Ectopian Cases are diagnosed by Ultrasound. Ecotopian Pregnancy can be right-sided or left-sided

• We can check the Ectopian Pregnancy by Mother's Blood test. If the rate of HCH Hormone rise is slower than normal pregnancy then it depicts Ectopic Pregnancy Sings

Treatment:

Medicinal: Methotrexate can be used to terminate and washed out Ectopian Pregnancy before it results into permanent complications for the mothers.
Surgery: The major Health Hazards in most mothers result at second, and last trimester. Sever Pain on right side in Right Ectopian Pregnancy and Left Side Sever Pain in Left Ectopian Pregnancy are major singns. In this case, surgical treatment is essential. We need to remove ectopic tissue by Laparoscopy. Surgical Treatment can result into post-op complications
