The health benefit of water can never be neglected as it contribute a lot to our body in terms of functioning and maintaining.

It is obvious that water makes up a majority of our body weight and also composition.
HEALTH BENEFIT OF WATER.
(1). WATER HELPS TO REGULATE OUR BODY TEMPERATURE.
Through the daily activities we do, we lose sweat we and through that our body loses water.
It is discovered that your body is composed of about 60% water.
It is advisable that whenever your brain gives you a signal of you low in fluid making you thirsty, try to take water at that moment.
Water is an essential in order to help our body stay hydrated which will enable our body temperature to he maintained.

That is why it is advisable medically to drink a lot of water daily so as to help our body be hydrated.
If you are an athlete or someone who engage in a vigorous and tedious work daily which will result you losing so much sweat, it is always advisable to drink a lot of water also so as to get hydrated and replaced those already lost by the sweat.
Also for pregnant women or nursing water, it is advisable to drink a lot of water as the unborn child will need a lot of fluid to maintain him or herself.
So also the nursing child will need a lot of fluid e.g the process of breastfeeding.
(2). IT HELPS TO PROTECT YOUR TISSUE.
I know this might confuse a lot of us as we will be really wondering how can water a liquid substance protect tissues, spinal cord and even Joint.
But I tell you that is just the truth. Apart from water helping us to quench our thirst whenever we are thirsty which are all familiar with, it helps to keep your body tissue moist.

It helps to prevent your body sensitive part like the eye, nose, or mouth from getting dry and imagine how you will feel when your eye, nose or Mouth is dry? I bet you you wouldn't like the feeling.
Around the spinal cord and the joint aspect ,water helps as a lubricant and cushion for them.
(3). WATER HELPS IN WASTE REMOVAL.
This is one aspect of the health benefit of water which we are all familiar with.
The adequate water intake enables our body to excrete waste through perspiration, urination and defecation.

As that is not only limited to what I have mentioned above, there are some of our body organs also which make use of water in the processing and removal of their waste product.
For example, the kidneys and liver also uses water to help flush out the waste product present in it.
Water plays a very important and major role in preventing you from getting constipated also.
(4). WATER HELPS TO FORM SALIVA AND MUCUS.
Saliva plays a major role in helping us to digest our food and also keep our mouth, nose, and eye moist as this prevent damage.
It has be proven scientifically that drinking water also helps to keep our body clean and also prevent tooth decay.

If your mouth is always getting dried frequently, it is advisable to take a lot of water.
Saliva helps to prevent our mouth from getting dried also and so adequate intake if water increases your saliva which as a result prevent your mouth from getting dried.
It is noticed that due to old age or perhaps some kind of more medication, those set of people tend to lose saliva rapidly. By this, they are advisable to increase their daily water intake so as to help in increasing their saliva production.
(5). WATER HELPS THE BODY TO LOOK BEAUTY.
We all know that our skin functions as a protective barrier to prevent the excess fluid loss.
As a result of dehydration, it makes your skin look more dry and wrinkled.
With the way I have explained above that hydration helps in our body maintaining, so also the absent of water in the body I.e dehydration, the skin can become more vulnerable to certain skin disorder and also premature wrinkling which can contribute making the skin looks so ugly and roughly.

But with proper and adequate intake of water, it helps to boost skin health and beauty.
If you look at your skin, and you discover perhaps it is rough and somehow far from been regarded as a skin of beauty, try taking a lot of water and watch as the difference unfold in your skin look.
