That was such a sad story, Mick @stresskiller I am a good swimmer, but, even good swimmers can have problems. I try to be safe and I say lakes I bring them but, many times don't put them on. I suppose if I were canoeing in unfamiliar territory, I might.
Children will ALWAYS wear a life vest when with me. Have you ever tried to help save someone who cannot swim??? They will take you under with them! Thanks for the article!
