I agree with you, I would also buy everything and take it home so I could cook all day 😀 We don't have such shops here, but fortunately we have fairs a few times a year where they sell spices by weight. Worst case scenario, I order online. But the best option is that when I run out of spices, I know it's time to start a new journey 🙃
