Indeed, I agree with you, sometimes it is mesmerizing to be in front of those spices and eventually think of the so many dishes that could use them. The custard apple in my country the Philippines are much smaller and have a rough skin. The Cherimoya is bigger maybe double in size and has a fine skin.
