Asllamoalekum and hello to my 3speak and @marketfriday community. I hope you are all doing well. I am also doing pretty well. Today in this post I will tell you about my visit to a famous market called Fair Price Shop located in Model Bazar Mianwali city city tehsil and district Mianwali.
There were 13 items at the fair price shop. In which potato, tomato, onion, garlic pumpkin, dates, guava, banana, apples etc. The prices of all the items were almost half of the prices of the market.
It's a good initiative of CM Punjab Ms Mariam Nawaz.
Yesterday I went to buy some essential commodities from the said fair price shop. The vegetables and fruit were very fresh.
I reached there well in time and started my shopping. I bought potatoes, two dozen bananas and one kg of apples. Apples were 204/ kg at the fair price shop and 300/350 in the open market. However bananas were 104 per kg and in the open market, the bananas were 280/3000 per kg. Prices of dates were also quite reasonable because dates were 337 PKR per kg at fair price shop while 450/500 per kg in the open market. There was a huge difference in prices between the fair price shop and the open market.
Melons and tomatoes were the best of the lot. I bought some essential items for Ramadan.
People were buying different types of items. They were quite happy because the prices were very low and the quality of the items was up to the mark. I recorded a video for my 3speak community on that occasion and tried to cover the whole view of a fair-price shop.

There should be fair price shop like this in Muslim countries during Ramadan.Because as far as I know not everyone is rich in Muslim countries in South Asia.It was nice to see this fair price shop.I saw a variety of fruits there.

These are some beautiful stores of fruit but I can see the banana's condition is not good so avoid buying such bananas. Good video.
