The UK motorway stop never looked so good!!! I always thought that this would be a new trend? I cannot believe they didn't go beyond the North and Southbound stops! Perhaps they weren't prepared for people to spend so much time there? Did they really expect the normal touch and go from the motorists?

I love that they chose to honor only the artisan business and not the normal big brand/outlet type of food to be offered up. Did you see that confectionary? Yes, please! I am with you on the artisan bread! I could eat my weight in bread. No lie.

I had no idea they did a butcher too, but, it doesn't surprise me. What a nice surprise to find the pork that is your favorite and so very hard to find - only twenty minutes away! Score! Is it the way the marbled fat makes it so delicious?
