Thank you so much! I hope you do. It looks harder than it really is. I go pretty much by the recipe as I am not all that creative. :) But, I can say that using those smaller cake rounds really made all the difference in the world. It makes it look more elegant with the three layers and it is smaller, so the cake doesn't sit around all week, waiting to be eaten! I have a couple of good apple cakes. We do love our apples here!
