Thank you so much @sofs-su! I will take that as a compliment! I don't really like sweet things as a general rule, but, this had a candy apple sort of reminder. I am sure that I will make it again and again. The family really liked it and it did not site idle for very long.

Another thing I liked about it was I used smaller pans and the cake was taller. It was kind of different and cool. I don't think it would be as fun with larger pans.
