Wow... beautiful. I love tulips but they don't do well in my yard. We have a pest called a Vole (like a mole/mouse mix) that loves the bulbs.

I have a house here in the Washington, DC area and one on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. The one on the shore has VOLES!!! I planted 250 bulbs that I had gotten at the Pentagon and every single one of them was eaten and never came up!!! They don't eat daffodils, or daylilies, but love the sweet taste of tulips!!!
Nobody ever knows what I am talking about when I tell them they are voles. They are what? LOL
