I am impressed with the way you did your inspection about that place taking each minor and major pros and cons. The landscape is no doubt really beautiful but there is much more one would need for living. A need of 50k dollar is too much to spend on flooring. In this amount we can buy an average kind of apartment here. Hehe. Besides, being farther from basic needs of life is a clear minus.

It was too much for the floors! Can you imagine? I know you can buy a lot for that kind of money and being far from basic needs didn't seem a big deal, until I thought about it.
