My Days, Surrounded By Beauty

Life continues to be super busy. My younger sister had a baby recently, her first child, which makes me an Aunty. Something I am very excited about. I am also super excited for her and her husband, they will be wonderful parents. My girls are also super excited that they finally have a cousin. We plan to go to Ireland in October, which is actually just next month. I'm waiting for their new passports to arrive, so that I can book our flights. I just hope they come soon, so that the flights won't be too expensive.

So I have been working as much as I can, saying yes to any offer of work that comes my way. On top of that, I have also been going out a bit, visiting the coast. On top of my usual day to day living. I must say, I am a little behind in some things and I have less time to be online, but that's just how it has to be. I am so grateful that extra work is coming my way.

I have been working 6 days a week, not necessarily long hours, but it does take me out of the home each day. I'm mostly working outdoors and although I feel pretty knackered each night, I am enjoying being active each day. Especially as I am surrounded by such beauty. It just feels so good to be outdoors. Even in the heat.

The last week it has been super humid here. We usually experience a much drier summer. It's a bit different working in high humidity, I don't even have to do anything and I'm already sweating. It's a bloody good detox though. I'm up early, so I usually don't eat anything, before I get to work. Then once I am there, I can pick some almonds, grapes or figs, which is a wonderful breakfast.

I usually finish work by 2 at the latest, which leaves me with the rest of the day, to do with as I like. Sometimes I have a little siesta, but lately I have been lucky to have a friend that has been taking me and my girls to the beach. It's rare that we all get to go together, so I jumped at the chance when he offered. It's crazy how much I have been fitting into my days. It's that age old thing, of the more you do, the more time you seem to have. Well that's how it seems to me. Time being productive, is time well spend.

It has been great getting to swim in the sea. It's been such a wonderful way to wind down after my working day, plus I've had so much fun, playing in the sea with my girls. We are all looking sun kissed and feeling good for it too. On the way home, I have a different view,( the one you can see above) but it is just as beautiful.
