I have this idea in my head that if you act like you're not sick then you get better sooner.... But it's not a proven hypothesis πŸ˜‚ although you get what you put out in the universe... So perhaps πŸ˜‚πŸŒŒ

    ow kay. I just gone out for a 5km run. No, of course I didn't!!!!

    I've switched on my computer so that forces me to sit at the desk and not lie on the sofa, I think that's a good start πŸ˜‰
