RE: Perspective: Is covid real or fake? The harm of false information (uncensored)

What an intense story of your troubles! Glad you and your boyfriend/husband are recovering! I’m sure you’re doing it but when you can, start to help your body rebuild its nutrient base again. That’s the vitamins that it needs to help repair the damage. When you are starving it for that long, it will take a while to get things back to proper levels but I think that will help get you feeling back to normal. If you have a doctor that can check them, I would ask them to check your levels to see what’s out of whack. So many of the western medicine doctors don’t think in the least to ensure vitamin D, B and other levels are where they need to be in order to help someone feel better. I’ve got personal experience with that one! Fixed my levels and my issue went away after a week.

Thanks for the recovery tips! I did buy vitamins but like a dum-dum I have yet to open them, I really should tho! for sure my body was probably short nutrients, I have been doing my best to eat a wide variety of fresh foods from fish to veggies, fruits to help replenish the nutrients. I'm sure a lot of it is pacing myself getting back into the routine and bit by bit things may return to normal? Hiking helped me a lot, even tho it was hard. Some issues aren't as bad or I can get over them a little faster.

I'm glad you mostly fully recovered, I'm sure that's a stress relief for you.
