Dughhhhh folks it's about this time of year...

...when I retrieve back to the Hive. Yes I abandoned you! For quite a while. The bee flew out.

I'm like this guy saying 'I always thought about you'...yet I wasn't there. I snuck in like a creep from time to time, stood in a dark alley and peaked through the stained glasses of published posts, just to walk away. I was tired. Tired of 2022.

In my walkaways there where little voices calling me back. _{Thank you, there you go lol.}

It's fair to say that people abandon this place for certain reasons. Some because they don't get what they anticipate, others because of life. Some forever, others for a while. Some are active behind the scenes, some are active on display, some are not active at all. I'm a walk-away when life happens. I hide like a hermit crab until I straighten myself out. Or at least until I think I've done so. That's when you will see me here.

A post about New Years Resolutions crossed my path today. Made me think, because we are raised to better ourselves. Which in itself sucks because isn't it that we tell ourselves that we are constantly lacking something? Isn't it also one of the biggest issues we are facing for ourselves? This constant improving here and there? For gods sake how much can one improve?! _{No need for improvement for me, just some upgrades, reboots and restarts from time to time lol.}

Resolutions are good in a way, though never something concrete. It can be a spark but if that one, shitty spark doesn't jump over it's just a resolution. Gotta be honest huh?

Anyone who has already missed one of their glorious resolutions or has not even started, raises their hand now!

Resolutions are a SUCKER, because they are like a nagging mom in your brain, so my resolution for 2023 is NO RESOLUTIONS. That's it...keep it short lol.

Yadeeyadeeyadee...2022, challenging, telling you, for sooooooo many. Lots changed for me this year, for the good or worse. Lots of losses so to say, lots of injuries, but also some gains. The year ends shitty though which brings me to another point about the Hive.

How much do you throw out of yourself?

It is such an open space with just as many idiots as great people. You dive in and swim in the ocean. Little fish you are you follow, you struggle, you get lost, you get hooked and you have to find your ways. But how much do you put out and when? I guess each as he pleases.

You know what I've learned this year?

Damn right, nothing!

When life gives you lemons, be sure you will be handed a durian as well. _{No idea what a durian is? You are online, you might as well google it ;).}

Anyhow, got distracted. Distracted by this year. And fruit salad in my mind.
