I know this issue. It bothers me a lot too. Hopefully we will fix it someday.
One way of avoiding this spam, I saw, that you just refresh the page even you have seen that error to check whether comments went through, before pressing the "Add a comment" button again. Same for publishing! !!@techcoderx, hope we can fix it.
