Captured as a test images by Canon 7D mark 1 which I bought recently.
Source files was 5k (except for the first 34 frames or 1.5 seconds of video), downscaled to 4k (upscaled for the first part) and converted to video by ffmpeg:
ffmpeg -y -vaapi_device /dev/dri/renderD128 -framerate 24 -pattern_type glob -i '*.JPG' -s:v 3840x2160 timelapse.mkv
