Life is complicated and full of surprises. Many a times it throws into a situation where it becomes harder to decide what is wrong or what is right for yes. It is matter of accepting saying 'Yes' and some times saying 'No' . But people usually unable to decide on the choices.
Here is the crux of the situation where it is important for human to decide an to remain stand to the choices.

Actually saying NO is like big learning, it took me years to start saying NO. And I have seen people neither saying YES nor NO - they are very clever to not hurt you, but showing NO in work.
That's true..they don't have own decion making and falling in own trap later....might proving very fatal.....now a days such thing is quite common.
Learning to say No is very important for you. Especially when you are a person who just say yes every time at thing you don't want to do. It will hurt your psychic and over a long period this will make you sick.
It makes people to always rely on others decision
..without knowing the fact that it could not be so beneficial for them...some people.think that what others are doing are always correct ....and in process never say NO
My wife had to learn it the hard way. She burned out and many problems psychological and physical started from there. The burn out doesn't come from one day on another. It takes a very long time and you barely notice the slow process. Tiredness... Sleepless... Depression... Aggression... All in small little doses, you never think of burn out. But one day it doesn't go further. She wasn't able to work anymore. I will not go into details, but it took over a year for her to recover and learn how to say no and how to reduce stress and its still not completely done till today. She's working again but have to be careful not to fall into old habits.
