Hello guys, Yesterday afternoon, my stomach felt hungry, then I looked in the kitchen, but there was no food, only a packet of uncooked noodles.

For my hunger to go away, so I cooked instant noodles. The way I cook the noodles is very simple. First I have to prepare the ingredients, namely;

• A Pack of Instant Noodles
• An egg
• Two cloves of red onion
• Two green chillies

Then how to make it;

Slice the onions and chillies, then stir-fry on low heat, then add one and a half cups of water and wait for it to boil. After boiling, boil the noodles in a saucepan until they become mushy, then add the eggs and mix well, add the spicy sauce and sweet soy sauce, then stir again until smooth. After that turn off the heat and leave for three minutes so that the steam and gas in the noodles evaporate to the top. This process is called Blooming.

After that, pour the spices into the noodle package, then mix well again. After that put it in a bowl, and instant noodles are ready to be served. It's very tasty and spicy, guys.
