A little dive into the nature of reality and the benefits of meditation :)
For all my contacts who are not familiar with it, meditation is a great tool to learn to control your mind and emotions.
Although some institutionalised religions promote it more than others, like i.e. Hinduism and Buddhism, meditation is a technique, not a believe system so it is completely disconnected from any religious teachings and can be practiced by anyone.
That's a bit like like for example running, or resistance weight training workouts can relate to many sports and are regularly used as tools to strengthen the physical body by athletes in so many diverse disciplines.
Meditation can be extremely helpful for mental, emotional and physical well being and it's a fundamental tool to disentangle from the fear based mind control than runs our society in the mainstream information.
Now it's a particularly great period to get acquainted with this practice since many have all the time the want, in the comfort of their homes :) (yeah! no excuses ;) )
There are so many different types and flavours of meditation; I'd suggest, if you are interested, to explore some, feel the benefits and search for your favourite way.
