Satisfaction is much more important in the workplace. If we do not find happiness in our actions then it affects our personal life and social life. We see around us in different offices, where it is tried work outside the working hours and get their employees to work. And many bosses are seen to be very appreciative of this. They think that if you spend more time in the office then it seems that it is part of overwork or efficiency. But in reality, I think this is actually one of the main examples of low efficiency or a waste of time.
