Father & Son Plunge Into A Waterfall Ice Bath After Training With An AFL Superstar

In today's Adventure, it's Day 2 of our Active Vacation on the Gold Coast with Gary Ablett Jnr, and after our early morning workout, we need an ice bath. This won't be a normal ice bath though, as we trek out to our first Queensland waterfall. The water was around 6C, which was far colder than I expected, which made jumping in an adventure in itself.Hey Everyone & @dtube,
