My day mostly starts with cereal and maybe a banana or apple. 😂 Then I'll probably have a cup of tea when I'm at the office. But after getting home, when I'm "relaxing", that's when I like to enjoy some coffee, whether it be home-made or at a nearby café.

That sounds like a god start to the day. Do you do anything in particular to increase your productivity over the day?

I'd say a little break works just fine; 30 minutes elsewhere, whether it be going for lunch somewhere or a little power nap. If I know that it's going to be a long day ahead, and I need to be at the top of my game, then that little power nap and a cup of coffee or tea surely do help me stay in form.

Top-of-game status is where it's at for sure, but we all need to recharge too.

My recharge sessions are with friends or family, a weekend hangout does the job. Even a post-office coffee break is quite therapeutic.
