Where Music Takes Me,I'll Follow

Have you ever sat down and looked at a particular aspect of your life that's going great, and then you ask yourself, do I want to pursue this, or it's just for fun? At a point in time, music was just something I did for fun, but now it seems to be more than that.

I joined the church choir when I was very young and that means I started singing at an early age. Singing for me was just singing. I had the voice so I joined my church choir because everyone said I could sing and needed to join ( of course I joined because I also loved singing)
Fast-forward to years later, when I joined Hive, I was thrilled when I learned that I could showcase my musical talent here on the blockchain, and that was the start of something big for me. I started exploring different genres of music
.

All thanks to Hive open mic and the Vibes competition on the blockchain, I started working on myself to become a better singer. Before now, I would just sing a song straight without doing anything extra.
Thanks to the judges on Vibes, I got professional critics on my entries which made me want to work even more on myself and be a better singer. I've been taking singing classes on YouTube, and honestly, they've been helpful to me
.

My Plan

I'm planning on getting a low-budget microphone first ( that's for the meantime so I can gather enough cash to purchase a better sound quality microphone, soundcard and a laptop)and also set up a mini studio in my room.
And maybe I'll do more original songs and song covers too. I want to put myself out there.
I might learn how to play a musical instrument too.
I'm planning on taking my music career to the next level this year. I've come to realize that music has a special place In my heart and with how far it has helped me, I might as well work with the talent God has given me
