Tuning In To My Goals: Making Music A Priority

There's this song that keeps coming to mind and I picture myself singing it so perfectly from a well created studio in my own room and making an impact with the song to any who would care to listen to me when I decide to share it out. I think that's a part of me wishing to be heard but before that, it is me wishing to be the best at what I love to do and deliver it much better than I ever did.

My background in music is full of "You have to learn, practice regularly and enjoy it to be the best in music" as I come from a family that has music lovers and even a trainer. Also joined a singing group that prioritized voice training to just singing as the spirit leads. This has helped me to a large extent in choosing my voice, singing in other parts and being good enough to explore music.

We're all striving for perfection in areas of our life and one of them for me is in music, I've been striving to make music a part of me and to a good extent, that has been going well but when it comes to music, a lover of it will always crave for more heights and that is the case with me. I always admire when people could hit some notes easily in music that seem impossible for me.

I also admire people who have so much knowledge about what a good music sounds like or feels like, there is a difference in knowing music and enjoying it. I think to an extent, I fall mostly in the aspect of enjoying music and don't actually have the knowledge of it. It doesn't mean I'm bad at recognizing a good music, especially according to my taste in music but I crave more.

Making music a priority is my music dream and that means, having a life with music. A routine that teaches me more about music, a routine to sing my heart out and a routine to improve on my voice especially in terms of tone and agility. I have learned that I need more strength in singing as my voice usually come off as being too relaxed and scared to hit notes I've never had to hit before. I want that to change going forward.

Music is an interesting part of life as it also includes the one thing that moves God, it's a part of life I want to make a part of me for many purposes that I can't even mention but the main reason is to praise God in a more better way using songs from my heart. I also want to be able to compose my own songs and that would involve more practices, and learning to understand music well enough to create mine.
