Hello friends, it is another week to celebrate our African tunes and for this week I will be doing a cover of the song by David Dam titled Ebenezer. It means My Help, God is the one being spoken of here as and it's origin is traced down to the time of Samuel, after the philistines where defeated he set up stones and call it Ebenezer which means my stone of help.
For ages now the name have been adopted in the Christian faith and it is celebrated world wide. Bringing it down, God has been in the business of showing up for me even in the most difficult times of my life. Sincerely, there where times of depression and when many things seems not to be working, but working out as planned but I still remember God showing up in ways that is so mysterious.
One word that has been in my mouth for months now is, let's see what God will do and he has been doing massive things beyond human calculation. God has been showing up as Ebenezer in our home. This is a full testimony that I will not stop sharing.
This song have a lot to say about what I have in mind, more than words can just explain, songs have this way of digging into the heart of man to bring out what we have to communicate, this is why a singer said when the music fails....there are times that music may not be able to bring it all out by that one word or phrase will just come to summarize it all.
Join me friends as we do this song together.
