.Afri-greetings my fellow musicians, it's another week on afritunes, still not too lazy to say HAPPY NEW WEEK ☺️. Welcome to this edition of the afritunes weekly contest, a place for the African style of music, a place to call home in the blogchain.
Shout out to our bosses out there, doing their best to see this community progressing, their efforts are really appreciated 👍. Shout out to my friends and followers and shout out to you who's viewing this post, you're amazing 😍, hope you know that hahaha 😂.
For my entry this week, I did a medley of two praise songs, the first is DRY BONES COME ALIVE by Gabriel Eziashi and NEVER SEEN by Minister Yadah, fortunately this two songs are of the same tempo and the almost have same chords. Right the onset I never planned on doing a medley but as I was playing the first song, I realized that the second song could easily fit in, we can relate to this, it's a kind of situation where you're playing a particular song then after a while you subconsciously sang another song instead, you'd then realize it's actually making sense 😂.
The most interesting part is that their meanings are aligning. From the first song we'd realize that it's our responsibility to speak to every dry situation in our life and that God have assured us of his respons. Then second song makes us feel relaxed because God have never failed, so as far as we play our part, he would do his.
