Normally it is quite easy to germinate. But at the moment I'm having the greatest trouble with germination. the purple sugar I already ruined 7 seeds.

I hope your germs start going better, that's unfortunate :(
I agree growing from seed is best, and I like normal photoperiod the best.
I also like having some female mother plants, working on that right now too.
