my last garden was in Bakersfield Ca in brothers backyard last year here (the wood fence behind is 6' tall) with much travel and multiple infestations still got a nice crop

I have yet to grow outdoor, but I plan on doing that eventually. I hear the bugs can be a problem, but hopefully with the right control methods I can knock them out.
