Greetings, the reason for the downvoteds is that the user is blacklisted by hivewatchers. In the past he committed some abuses and therefore receives the downvotes which are automatic.
The user apparently learned his lesson and has started making quality posts, but has not initiated an appeal process in the HW discord to have his user removed from the blacklist. I would recommend him to stop by there.
As for this post it is excellent. I will remove my automatic vote.
By the way, you can check which users are in the black list here. However I leave you a screenshot where you can see the user we are talking about.
