And let's see, I'm not expecting a radical change in Otero's music, but the man has managed to come up with something that, in a way, resonates with the state of disconnection that many of us feel lately. Let's cut to the chase, but not so fast. Before we get into the songs, I'd like to make a little reflection, which I'm sure has happened to more than one of you as well. Hasn't it happened to you that sometimes you feel like we're so glued to technology that we don't even realize how much it's affecting us? I mean, here I am, talking about an album about how technology disconnects us from the essentials, and I'm writing it on a laptop. It's almost ironic, but hey, that's life today, I guess.

I found it interesting because Otero is telling us something very clear with this album: guys, we are too much into the cell phone. Well, not in those exact words, but you know what I mean. According to what he himself said on instagram it turns out that he spent a good amount of time away from social networks to focus on something more “real”. And, let's see, I get it. Sometimes you get overwhelmed from so much scrolling on Instagram. I don't know if it happens to you, but there are days when I don't even want to look at anyone's stories. Although of course, I'm not brave enough to delete the app, that's another level. But one thing is clear, the message that the singer wants to give with this album is very important.

Many people practically lose decades of their lives locked up at home connected all day. Ovinamente in that case it is already a toxic habit. So I think the message is perfect for these new generations. Just so you know, the album has nine songs. Some of the songs I had already released before, but others are brand new. For example one that I liked was Metaverso. A clarification I think he is somehow sending a message to facebook too haha😅.

Well, the topic is one of those that caught my attention because, of course, with the name you know where the thing is going. The man went straight to the point with the disconnection from the real world. And I don't know if it happens to you, but sometimes I feel that we live more in the digital world than in the real one. Even when I'm in a conversation, I catch myself thinking about what could be happening on my cell phone... yeah, it sounds bad, but I'm sure I'm not the only one, right? So that's the great thing about the album, it makes you think and makes you take action in a way. I plan to recommend it to some friends so they can benefit from it as well.

I also liked another track, the one called Deslízame, which is about how technology is even in our relationships. Here he went on to reflect on how we spend our days swiping and swiping on dating apps. I admit I'm not a big fan of those things, in fact I've never used them. But it's interesting that he brings up the topic, because relationships are becoming more and more artificial, so it's a good call for intention.

Of course there are a lot more good tracks that I think are great, but those 2 are the ones I liked the most. Inteligencia Natural left me with several things in my head. I don't know if it's the album we've all been waiting for, but at least it has something to say, and that's already a lot in this day and age. In my personal opinion Otero has managed to create an album that sounds good, and at the same time leaves you with a positive message that is worth reflecting on. That's why I'm telling you about it today. For me the album is a 9/10.
