Rising Star Game is one of those HIVE's flavors.

Rising Star is turning into something huge. Honestly, I wasn't expecting Rising Star would become this big of a game when I was joining it.

It has reached to the status of one of the most popular games on HIVE. You can only imagine what it will be after one year from now, considering all the continuous development and introduction of the new excitements within the game.

I was an early supporter/player of the game but not too early in comparison of many of the players.

REASON?

I thought, "Okay, I love good music but I am no musician, what would I be doing in the Rising Star Game", but I also believe in giving at least one try to the things/tasks/projects/etc that are outside my comfort zone OR somewhat new in their nature. So, I tried Rising Star, and am glad I did when I did. All the misconceptions I had in mind about the game were wrong. In fact, Rising Star Game is quite addictive... One of the HIVE's true FLAVORS

Recently, I reached to the final mission of the final zone of the currently available map.

(As per Jux, the founder of the game, it is possible that more maps would be available in the future)

In my opinion, this is the best time for me to start sharing my thoughts, tips/tactics and to provide a game guide for the new players and also initiate a GIVEAWAY.

This tips and tactics slash details about the different options/aspects of the game type of GUIDE will be spread over several posts.

Let's talk something about Game's play to earn aspect...

Though, Jux always says he is developing Rising Star for fun and do whatever fancy him but we cannot ignore the PLAY TO EARN aspect of the game because whatever he fancy is turning out to be something extraordinary and also catching a lot of attention.

Starbits is the main currency of the game. It has many functions in the game but first try to answer the question...

HOW TO EARN STARBITS?

There are four zones in the currently available map.

The game starts with the first mission "ILLEGAL BUSKING" on the very first zone "HOME TOWN". On the completing the mission, player gets rewarded with Starbits.

Another way to earn Starbits is to stake the Starbits.

Musicians on the Rising Star platform sell their records as NFTs, players can stake Starbits to support their favorite musician/s and earn Starbits whenever that specific record/s is/are sold.

Staking Starbits can be accessed by clicking on Cards then on Record Staking.

It is also possible to earn 10,000 Starbits in a single mission.

Yes, that's right, you heard it correct. That mission is called STARBITS Millionaire.

Other than STARBITS, game also rewards with NFTs. We'll discuss that later when covering the MISSIONs.

WHAT TO DO WITH STARBITS?

TRADE:
Starbits, earned from the missions can be converted/traded for Swap.Hive on Hive Engine/Leodex/Tribal dex and then can be withdrawn as HIVE which is tradeable on many exchange where you can convert them even to fiat or into any other cryptocurrency.

BUY PACKS and/or CARDS:

Rising Star is truly a free Play to Earn game and players can build it with zero personal investment up from ground to... well, the limit is the sky.

For this to happen, it is necessary to invest earned STARBITS in the game, at least, at the initial stage. The more you have the game assets the more will be the game earnings.

Every mission requires a specific number of fans (other than Energy and Level) to complete it, and sometimes, an item. Normally, these are available in the packs, and those are not, can be bought from the game market.

To buy the packs, click on the Cards symbol at the top right side of the page, then click on Buy Packs.

This will take you to the next page where you can buy 1 PACK with 10,000 STARBITS or 12 PACKS with 100,000 STARBITS.

MUSIC PROMOTER:
You can bid on the missions with your STARBITS. This will reward the players with extra STARBITS whereas you will get StarPro at the end of the day.

StarPro are also tradeable, and required to complete Festival World Tour and Promote Fan Club missions, as well.

To use Music Promoter, click on Music Promoter.

This will take you to Music Promoter Dashboard.

First, you will have to deposit STARBITS using one of three options depending on your budget, of course. These STARBITS are those you have in the game not on Hive Engine.

Then click on the Bid button opposite to the mission/s, you want to promote.

CUSTOM SHOP:
You can start any of the mission in Custom Shop by paying 1000 STARBITS.
