Hola Chiclos, ¡¡no os lo vais a creer!! estas vacaciones en Tarragona fueron geniales, y lo mejor de todo es que nos conseguimos con Pascal! Si, como lo leéis, Pascal, el cocinero francés de Rising Star.

Por si no lo sabéis, Gregory vino a nuestra casa el mes pasado, camino a Buskeria, porque había leído mis recetas de las arepas y quedó encantado, lo podéis buscar en nuestro perfil si queréis ver las recetas.

Pues como Pascal es del sur de Francia, este año estuvo de vacaciones por toda la Costa Brava, y sin querer nos conseguimos en una de las playas que visitamos.

Pascal estaba con su familia, tiene 1 niño, y su mujer, ¡qué guapa es!, se llama Vèro.

Apenas nos miramos, nos reconocimos y de una vez Dirolls y yo fuimos directamente a saludarle.

Comenzó a contarnos de sus vidas, de su viaje y terminamos hablando, como buenos padres, de los niños... y por supuesto de su alimentación, como no... y nos preguntó acerca de las meriendas que damos a nuestros hijos, que era lo más difícil para ellos, y compartimos nuestras meriendas sanas, rápidas y ricas con Vèro y Pascal, algunas de ellas son:

1. Manzana con mantequilla de cacahuete.
2. Dátiles con mantequilla de cacahuete o chocolate negro estilo Nutella, hecha en casa o comprada.
3. Palomitas de maíz con una fruta.
4. Bolitas energéticas de dátiles con frutos secos y chocolate en polvo. (frutos secos machacados, tu favorito o favoritos, más dátiles o ágave, puedes usar avena o harina de coco también, en vez del chocolate 100% sin azúcar, en polvo, también se le puede poner semillas de chía)
5. Fruta picadita con ágave... un poquito basta, puedes añadir tu yogur preferido.
6. Barritas energéticas, con frutos secos, ágave, harina de avena, coco, o tu preferida de este tipo, semillas de cáñamo, luego de mezclados los ingredientes, se meten en el horno aplastaditos y cortados en barras).
7. Plátano con mantequilla de cacahuete.

(Estas recetas son muy fáciles, y se puede añadir o quitar ingredientes para hacerlas a tu forma y gusto).

Hello Chiclos, you are not going to believe it!! These holidays in Tarragona were great, and the best of all is that we met Pascal! Yes, as you read it, Pascal, the French chef from Rising Star.

In case you don't know, Gregory came to our house last month, on his way to Buskeria, because he had read my arepa recipes and he was delighted, you can look for him on our profile if you want to see the recipes.

Well, since Pascal is from the south of France, this year he was on vacation all over the Costa Brava, and we accidentally found ourselves on one of the beaches we visited.

Pascal was with his family, he has 1 child, and his wife, how beautiful she is! Her name is Vèro.

We recognized each other at the moment we saw ourselves and at once Dirolls and I went directly to greet him.

He began to tell us about his life, his trip and we ended up talking, like good parents, about the children... and of course about their diet... and he asked us about the snacks we give to them, what It was the most difficult thing for them, and we shared our healthy, fast and delicious snacks with Vèro and Pascal, some of them are:

1. Apple with peanut butter.
2. Dates with peanut butter or Nutella-style dark chocolate, homemade or store bought.
3. Popcorn with a fruit.
4. Energy balls of dates with nuts and chocolate powder. (crushed nuts, your favorite or favorites, more dates or agave, you can use oatmeal or coconut flour too, instead of the 100% unsweetened chocolate powder, you can also add chia seeds)
5. Chopped fruit with agave... a little bit is enough, you can add your favorite yogurt.
6. Energy bars, with nuts, agave, oatmeal, coconut, or your favorite of this type, hemp seeds, after mixing the ingredients, they are put in the oven crushed and cut into bars.
7. Banana with peanut butter.

(These recipes are very easy, and you can add or remove ingredients to make them your way and taste).

Pascal is very happy with so many easy and healthy recipes for snacks, he left us his Rising Star card as a gift, and since it is already becoming a tradition, we asked him to share it with all our Chiclos, so please, I ask you wholeheartedly to PARTICIPATE, because Pascal will be happy to see that this post is full of likes, reblogs and cute and positive comments.
