From lowly busker to global mega star. My adventurous journey with Rising Star (day 47)

My 47th day as an aspiring musician in the game Rising Star is over.

The Summer Solstice Festival and me. Two parallel worlds without any overlap.

It is now 41:2 for the festival, although the current score should be about n*10:n (41:4).

So I have played the Summer Solstice Festival mission 41 times so far and have brought exactly 2 special cards from these 41 missions.

10% probability for the occurrence of the event any of the two special cards S21 Cow Horn or S22 Pan Pipes and then this devastating intermediate result.

This makes me think a bit.

A card that loses more and more value every day; a mission in which the announced frequency with which a certain event is supposed to occur does not correlate at all with my statistically recorded values.

That doesn't really sound motivating, does it?

Common sense tells me to leave the mission alone. It's useless.

But if I had always listened to common sense in my life, I certainly wouldn't be here today.

And I am extremely happy to be here today.

Very simple: Keep going.

The Summer Solstice Festival lasts until June 28th and I still have 10 more days to win more special cards. Only when the time is up, I will have a final result and I will be able to say: I got lucky with this festival. Or I wasn't.

Of course I won't miss out on this fun, even if frustration threatens in between.

Do you know this ultra rare Crafted Instrument card (4 issued so far)?

This beast of a card is currently rarer than any Legendary Card in Rising Star and I (yes, I) now have it in my card collection! As First Owner! ✅👌💪😁

It took a very long time to get all the necessary instrument parts for this card, but in the end my patience and investment paid off.

I'd rather not tell you my cost price for the RSTAR D1111. It is high enough to be able to provide for longer dizzy spells.

I can only hope that the other Crafted Instrument cards don't take as long as this one did.

By the way, today I passed the mark of 1000 Total Cards. I bought some interesting cards for small money, because I thought that now could be the right time to cross the threshold to a four-digit number of cards.

I will continue to keep an eye on the card market and buy cards that fit into my game concept in Rising Star when the opportunity arises.

After 47 days in the game Rising Star I have successfully completed 899 missions and reached level 51.

Today I was able to successfully complete 23 missions:

1x Starbits Millionaire, 5x Summer Solstice Festival, 1x Saturday Headline, 1x Acoustic Tent, 9x Basic Singing Lesson and 6x Drum Fair brought me a total of 12690 Starbits, 5003 Skill Points and 1338 XP.

I also found 2x Coffee Cup, 4x Discarded Pizza and 2x Four Leaf Clover during my gigs.

From the 6 Drum Fairs I brought 1x goldstands, 1x chromestands, 1x blackrims, 1x chromerims and 2x silvercymbals.

So far I have 14268 Total Fans (all from cards), 27282 Total Luck, 186751 Total Skill (9333 from cards, 177418 from lessons) and 343 Total IM (Income Modifier).

There is nothing special to say about the cards of this card pack, except: I am happy about every card, no matter how unimportant it seems.

I am drifting along in the Player Rankings. Currently always upwards, although I have long ago predicted an end to this trend.

But drifting is also fun, isn't it?
