Thunderstruck by AC/DC is a song written by Angus McKinnon Young and Malcolm Mitchell Young from their 1990 album The Razors Edge.

The song reached number 5 on the Billboard charts and became one of the most iconic songs of the band and of the entire history of hard rock. Do we know more about this song?

Thunderstruck fits perfectly into the style of AC/DC, one of the most influential rock bands of the 1950s. AC/DC's general characteristics are reminiscent of Little Richard and Chuck Berry, with a faster and more energetic sound. Shows the rhythm thanks to the power of the drum beat. AC/DC displays a unique style, with a combination of the lead vocalist's nasal voice and a high-pitched, crackling voice.

Songs are built around riffs, short musical ideas, or rhythmic phrases that repeat throughout the song. From this, composers came up with words that had the necessary expressive power.

The music represents Agnus and Malcolm thinking about the words lightning and thunder. The first can be translated as thunder and the second as amazement or astonishment. For example, "Thunder has fallen." The energetic nature of the reef produced deafening thunder followed by lightning. It was a deafening thunder that shocked and stunned those who heard it.
