I'm sending a big hug to all my friends and I have a question for you. Are you ready to see a new drawing? Wow, I heard a pretty loud "yes" from you. Or did someone say no? 😂 Just kidding, guys, but I'm still going to show you my new drawing for today. It's of a musical instrument from the game Rising Star. I chose Sunset V Guitar, which you can find identified in deck i61. It's one of the common guitars. Even though it's common, it's one of the prettiest I've seen so far, and one of the few I've drawn in that shape.

It's called a V-shaped guitar because, if you look at the bottom, it's shaped like an inverted V; that's where its curious name comes from. I bet many of you didn't know that. It's a guitar from the '70s, perhaps; they were very fashionable back then. I've seen many of them used over the years in audiovisual materials from that time, like songs. I think they were used a lot because the musicians wanted to convey a certain vibe, like their music was for young people or a more emerging audience.

If you haven't noticed yet, it's an electric guitar, which is why it's very thin and not hollow inside like the others. That detail, by the way, is because they don't need it, since its sound is amplified by an amplifier. That's why it's common to see a large box near electric guitar players on stage. That box is the amplifier, which is then connected to the speakers. In my previous drawings, I showed you the speakers and then the guitars. I still wanted to show you an amplifier to paint. I hope to do that very soon.
So, friends, you've seen a large part of the creation of my hand-drawn picture. From outlining the edges, creating the base, the guitar, and finally coloring it with colored pencils. But before we say goodbye for today, you'll see the finished piece and some of the materials I used.

A big hug to everyone, and I'll be back very soon. Let me know if you liked the drawing. Love you all, friends.
