Ten years may not seem like a long time for you. But in my opinion, sometimes it certainly makes us feel like there is actually a big difference between the rewards of yesterday and the rewards of today, on content creation online, as you will see in this post. And above all, into the Web3 development and the evolution of the "social networks" on the blockchain.

So yeah, regardless if your precious content is about web development or dApps on the blockchain, about makeup, about food recipes, about cryptocurrencies, about free speech, about censorship resistance or about whatever please most your fancy.
From those early days ten years ago and these days today, we can clearly see that the "social algorithm" in these "social networks" on the blockchain has changed a lot and very drastically in the way most of us will be able to obtain such deserved rewards, but only according to the time devoted to 'socialize' and the inexhaustible effort made in 'socializing'. Therefore, never fall again into the fallacy that it is the originality, the quality or the value-add of your content what actually makes you earn rewards. Not anymore.
And by now, after ten years in these social networks on the blockchain, it should be more than evident that I am freely using the words "social" "socialize" and "socializing" as a simple metaphor and a big fat euphemism for this tenth year that is barely beginning in 2026. Because yes, nowadays you don't need to create any content or publish anything to be rewarded with a few bucks more than everyone else in the chain. Although, of course, unfortunately never like those whoopee rewards of 10 years ago.
