I think we've found Ansel Adams first camera, obviously we were in a spot not many people have been, down a high steep slope next to the creek.
The beautiful of photography, the passion to capture the moment, the beautiful landscape run through the generation of photography lovers. But loosing the camera with film in it is a different case. And that's what happened to Adams Ansel's camera.
It still has film in it, he already found someone that can develop it, will let you know what's up (https://www.instagram.com/p/CXO8g_9NZwK/?utm_medium=copy_link)
Said the Instagram page I found it. It's said to be probably 80years old, I can't wait to see what's found in the film.
CameraPedia says the Exakta VXIIa was built between 1960 and 1963.
Ansel Adams lived from 1902-1984; So it could be his camera. My guess, however, is that he probably had better gear when he was in his 60s.
He definitely do. Thanks for further clarification
