I am an ambivert. So I am shy but sometimes I talk a lot and appear to be an extrovert to cope lol 😂, then when I get too chatty sometimes I regret later lol 🤣 I get easily overwhelmed by crowds in real life, and I have lost social skills lol these past few years for obvious reasons. Most times since is just me hiking in the woods with my partner and the critters. Probably I have talked to trees more than to people since early 2020. Becoming a hermit hedgewitch lol 🤣

I can be an extrovert and crazy with people i know well and family, but in group settings I really do not cope well, so hide away as much as possible, so I haven't really become worse over the last year just always been that way
